Cancellation & Refund Policy

StoryGen AI believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Digital Products
As we provide digital services (AI-generated stories, images, audio, and videos), cancellations are not applicable once the generation process has been initiated. Credits are deducted immediately upon starting the generation process.
Credit Purchases
Credit purchases are non-refundable once the payment is processed. However, unused credits remain in your account and do not expire.
Technical Issues & Failed Generations
In case of technical failures or defective content delivery, please report the issue to our Customer Service team at genify.contact@gmail.com. The request will be entertained once the merchant has verified the issue.
If the generation fails due to technical issues on our end, credits will be automatically refunded to your account within 24 hours.
Quality Concerns
If you feel that the generated content does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service within 7 days of generation. Our team will review your complaint and take appropriate action, which may include credit refunds or regeneration at no additional cost.
Refund Processing Time
In case of any approved refunds by StoryGen AI, it will take 9-15 business days for the refund to be processed to the original payment method.
Payment Failures
If your payment fails or is declined by your bank, no credits will be deducted. If you notice any discrepancy, please contact us immediately at genify.contact@gmail.com.
